Dr. Raul Ramirez of Nei Jing Eastern Medicine to receive the Harley Rubenstein Caregiver Award.  The  award will be given October 17, 2011 at the 20th Annual Access Awards Luncheon.   Dr. Ramirez makes many contributions to the disabled community, and is honored to accept this award for his continued work.  Congratulations to all those honored!
