Description of Sanda

An intense and dynamic workout, Sanda or 散打, tests your levels of cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Sanda is a full-contact sport fighting style that transforms the whole body into a weapon.  Utilizing punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and spectacular takedowns and slams, it can be a very exciting sport to watch.
